Okay, I choose a Totodile for you. Your Totodile/Croconaw should have Rage until it evolves into Feraligatr. Also, you can teach Feraligatr to any HM move only, if it beats alone one of Gym Leader. If he beat another Leader alone, it can have 2 HM moves. Feraligatr should deserve to learn HM moves, sth like that :P

I do not want starter anyway ;) Until I catch Bellsprout, I will use one of starters.

So, I'll give you a Gastly, but it can evolve only, if it beats every trainer in Saffron Dojo. Evolution into Gengar allowed, but your Haunter must know Dream Eater & Toxic (from TM).

Adventures Of Drunken Meister Ober I​

Yeah man. I've choosen Cyndaquil and named him Useless :) Why? I do not need them. I used them 'till I catched Bellsprout. Bellsprout was caught in a grass next to the Dark Cave at Lvl 5. I want to have some fun, so i named him...Happy Jim :D It's a little bit strange, but fine to me ;) Happy Jim trained in the grass near to the Cherrygrove City. Jim is really cool plant - he likes to eat some plastic and have big and strange head xD That's why I named him Jim. When I arrived to Violet, my big-headed friend had 14th level. Quick ride through da Sprout Tower, and Jim advanced two levelz up. With Sleep Powder in moveset, Falkner cannot do nothin' to strange plant. Zephyrbadge was obtained, and now I look to catch and raise Mareep, as challenge says.

I'd like to write some dialogues inside the team, I've some ideas. But only if it's allowed in describing our challenges. Now two screens from first part of journey - I uploaded them to Imageshack, but I don't have 15 post, so as attachment now ;) Next time my screens will be linked from IS.

Final Update:

Spoiler:

Trained hoothoot up to level 27 so I could get it to evolve
Took down the Kimono Girls, taught Surf to Furret
Lead with Quilava when challenging Morty
Quilava took down both Gastly and Haunter, but left Gengar in the red
Gengar put Quilava to sleep and defeated it
Noctowl easily took down Gengar from there
Furret was able to take down the last Haunter
This reminds me that I still need to get my own Haunter, but I will need to wait until it is night again
Got through the light house
Caught a Miltank to be a Strength slave
Noctowl spammed Peck to get through Chuck's Gym
Taught Fly to Noctowl, flew back to get a Gastly
Quilava spammed Flame Wheel to get through Jasmine's Gym and Quilava evolved
Taught Flash to Togepi
Easily defeated Team Rocket
Furret easily took down Pryce's Seel and Dewgong with Thunderpunch and Typhlosion followed by taking down Piloswine with just one Flame Wheel
Team Rocket once again was no match for my Pokemon
Made Furret forget Cut, taught it Ice Punch
Once again, Furret basically took down the entire gym, but was defeated by Kingdra
Noctowl took it down and the badge was mine


I then got very lazy so I only took notes on the major battles ie. The Elite 4 and Red
