    This is as basic at it gets, because all this event requires is for me and AWsquared, my accompanying host, to make an emblem or two for it and actually write up a short guide on how to use the radio so we don't have people having to rally us asking how it's used! :P We plan on hosting a radio night on the 5th and 6th, which are a Friday and a Saturday, around 5-6 PM CST.

    Really this thread is just to let people know what's up with this because otherwise we already have this planned out. 8)

    Yeah not much we can do with planning hahaha.
    As I already mentioned, I'll happily make emblems for the event. Only one I can think of that's needed is one for participants. Of course we will have to somehow write down all members who were on during a night. As for the emblem itself, I was looking for some Pokemon related DJ like pictures online and here's two I think work the best.

    Obviously the latter won't be in gif form and will be in still form , but I love this scene from the BW anime. What other emblems would we need?

    5-6 CST maybe be a bit too early for me. Having to share a computer I'm usually not on to after 7. But maybe I can get around it for this. I can either convince someone to let me on or hope no one else is or just book a library computer for 2 hours. I was also thinking we could have some later night ones in case I can't be one earlier. Maybe 12-1am CST? They would be a back up plan only though, I'll try anything I can be on both nights. :)

    12-1AM? I might be able to do that... it's a little late, though, for most people regardless of the holiday vacation. Maybe a little earlier? I also think that would look fine as a gif emblem.

    Yeah 12-1am might be too late for some people. How about 10-11pm or 11pm-12am? Also I'm sure you meant the 5th and 6th instead 3rd and 4th in the OP. The later ones will be for if I can't make it to the earlier one. So then you can host two at 5-6pm and if I can make it I'll join. And I can host two at another later time right? I'm not even sure if plug.dj works on the library computers, but I can test that tomorrow.

    Oh dang.I accidentally screwed up the coding for the first image in my last post. :(
    Oh well, it's hard to make it out when scaled down so small. The gif one is perfect.
     
    Bump/edit. Watch this get merged. I went to the library today , and plug.dj works on their computers, so if I have to I will go to the library to help you host. I can book a computer for 5-6 if necessary. Good thing we're not doing Sunday too cause the library closes at 5 on Sundays. :)
