Raichu Moveset Help! ^_^;;

[Windspeed]

My current Raichu has this moveset:

Female Raichu@King's rock (??)
Evs in spd and sp. att

Thunder Wave
Attract
Thunderbolt
Return (Thinking about changing it to Double Team or HP Fire)

I tried to get HP Grass/Ice/Water but I stopped breeding for Pichu when I got one with a nature I liked. ^_^;;

What moveset should I give it??

change the item to leftovers/lum berry, with return being HP Ice/Grass (one of them is anti grass, and the other is anti lanturn/quaggy), and I think Raichu is good to go! ^_^

I went a little bit of a different route with my Raichu.

Raichu with leftovers
Adamant Evs in At and Sp

Attract
Sweet Kiss
Focus Punch
Thunder Wave

Attract and thunder wave set up focus punch nicely. If you have someone to baton pass swords dance its more added power. I thought about switching sweet kiss out for thunder/t-bolt for skarmory or light screen. This is an old move set I think anyways.
