I'm assuming you meant Thunder Punch.

That has no effect on Stunfisk whatsoever so Stunfisk use Payback again!

I take out Arceus.Change it to a Dragon Type and use JUDGMENT,

Time to improvise(Stunfisk can't use any Dragon or Ice type moves.;-;)

Flygon, use Dragon Claw.
