I have only one way to deal with Grass types on my Sandstorm team. That's called Breloom residual damage stall and sometimes Focus Punch. On my rain team on the other hand, I have HP Grass on my Politoed, but I don't like using HP in this game. However, there's also another mon on my rain team. He's called Max SpA Nasty Plot Thundurus-T.

He likes to Thunderbolt all those pesky Water types.
