i can't rebreed, i'm too attatched to it and training to a level 100 takes a long time, it doesn't matter if its not good against grass types because you just have a fire pokémon in your team.

Thats not enough. If you are content with that Chu, you can still teach it Focus Blast. Its a powerful move. Just having a fire poke won't remedy that, when it is easy to use a TM, especially when you have a space open.

I like the set Rose Reaper, but Focus sahs+sub=fail, because sub cuts HP...yeah. I'd go HP ice for coverage BTW...but that's just me. But cool subpuncher set.

Take out Agility for Thunder Wave. Raichu cannot, and has no use, for Agility. If its fast enough, Agility is useless. With Focus Sash, it will barely survive, and will have no use for Agility.
