Raikiou move set

I'm trying to have my raikou win some cool contests. Can you tell me some good moves i can teach him?

OK.
I think you should possibly check all of the possibilties first.
A few moves I know would be Thunderbolt and Thunder. Pretty much all electric attacks. Sorry I'm not much help.

I think Quick Attack and Double Team is a Combo (or was it Agility and Double Team?)
Shock Wave if you go first and Hyper Beam on 5th turn.
