    Noob question coming up...

    So I've defeated the Elite 4 and completed the Sevii Islands quest. Here's my question. Do you have to beat the Elite 4 twice in order for Raikou to rome Kanto? Also, on Seven Island, why is there a load of rumbling when you push the boulder in the cave?

    After you beat the Sevii Islands story speak to Prof. Oak and then the dog comes out.
     
    Bear in mind that the species of Pokémon that roams Kanto will depend on what Pokémon you chose at the beginning of the game. Bulbasaur results in Entei, Charmander results in Suicune and Squirtle results in Raikou.

    I know, I chose Squirtle. Lol.
     
    I got Raikou last night and am trying to capture Mewwo as we speak. Thanks guys.
     
    you need to do a puzzle and put the boulders on to the ground with holes so you can catch unown in the things downwards of seven island(ithink)
