    My Ultima deck, though I use others, this is my ultima one.

    4x Kecleon (sandstorm)
    4xWailimer (R/S)
    3xWailord ex (Sandstorm)
    4x Mewtwo ex (R/S) (used to be 4 promo Mewtwos)
    3xCleffa (Neo Genisis)

    12xwater energy
    10xpsychic energy
    4x Rainbow energy (for Kecleon)

    4xNightly Garbage run (TR)
    4xGold berry (NG)
    2xlass (Base)
    4xplus powers (Base)
    2x Pokemon trader (Base)
     
    This doesn't seem like that bad of a deck and unlike most of the people here you actually run multiple copies of cards :shocked: . I would only make a few changes.

    -4xNightly Garbage run (TR)
    -4xplus powers (Base)
    -2x Rainbow energy (for Kecleon)
    -2x Pokemon trader (Base)

    +4xBuffer Piece
    +4xPotion
    +1Multi Energy
    +3xComputer Search

    Try it with these changes and see what you think.
     
    If you want it to focus on your Mewtwo tell me and ill help you create a killer deck.
     
    Actually, I have the main focus on Kecleon being able to change his type.

    Wailord EX is so cool, I love his high HP so that's why I included him.

    And thanx for the trainer card info ^_^ that works a lot better then my old set.

    OK, thank you ^^, I've tried some more improvements on it and tweaked my stratigy some. I hope this works.
     
    Based around Kecleon? OK, a Rainbow deck. There's a very fun Rainbow deck that you can always try...

    4 Trapinch
    4 Vibrava (rare)
    3 Flygon
    4 Kecleon
    4 Dunsparce

    Trainers (15):
    4 Oak's Research
    3 Steven's Advise
    4 Celio's Network (necessary for a non-ex based deck)
    4 Energy Recycle System (this is a very nice thing to have in this deck, trust me here)

    Energy (22):
    5 Lightning
    5 Grass
    3 Fire
    3 Water
    3 Psychic
    3 Fighting

    And there's 4 spots left over for you to experiment with. GL, HF.
