Raising Wrong Nature

I posted on the diamond/pearl forum a few days ago I was lucky enough to catch a shiny Palkia. Unfortunately its nature is not the greatest being naughty. I still, however, really want to use it since its so special.

So here is my plan: EV train by raising it SpAttk as high as it will go then use whats left over to raise speed. Dose this sound like a good strategy?
