Is this a good set for Rampardos?
    Rampardos @ Focus Sash
    Adamant 252Attack/ 252Speed/ 6HP
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    Stone Edge
    Rock Polish
    Earthquake
    Zen Headbutt(?)

Basically send him in, take a hit and survive with Focus Sash while using Rock Polish and sweep away.

The move I question is Zen headbutt. I like it to cover my Fighting weakness, as well as the fact that many Grass types come comboed with poison, so it helps out there as well... But I don't know if there's something better I could be using...

    Ninjask support makes Rampardos scary.

This is mine I got in a trade:

    Rampardos @ ???
    Adamant
    471Attack/ 149Speed/ 6HP
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    Rock Polish
    Dig
    Earthquake
    Headbut

Dig/Earthquake? Why have Dig at all, and then why have it with the purely superior Earthquake? Unless I'm missing some amazing strategy that can go along with that....Oh, and those EVs can't be right. (471 EVs in attack?) And I ruled out the possibility that those are stat points, because I doubt it only has 6 Hp...

@ Sims: Yeah, I'll bet it is. However, since I lack the patience to train a Ninjask correctly atm, I'm gonna go with Rampa-Sashing-Polish-Dos... However, the possibility makes me very interested in breaking down and building said Ninjask...

I just got it in a trade because it is shiny...

    This is also Decent

    Rampardos@Choice Band/ Scarf
    Jolly/Adamant nature
    252 ATT 252 SPEED 6 HP
    - Pursuit/Crunch
    - Stone Edge/Head Smash
    - Earthquake
    - Zen Headbutt/Brick Break/Return

Head Smash = Pwnage, but personally i hate Head Smash on this, Relicanth does it much better as it doesnt take recoil.

Yeah, I considered Head Smash, but I figured if I used the Focus Sash to Rock Polish, it'd be killing itself off...

The Rampardos you mentioned would practically need Jasksupport...

Rampardos w/o focus sash and rock polish needs jask support, or some BPed speed, however you get it to it.

Yeah Relicanth does Head Smash much better, due to it not taking recoil.

It also can be an option on the set i mentioned above, mine uses Choice Items and yours it the Focus Sash variant, so, i cant believe im saying this , but it is acceptable on the choice sets.

Jolly and Scarf puts Rampardos ahead of 350s and those Pokemon that sit slightly above 350, so its up to you

If I go for Polish/Sash, should I use a Jolly or Adamant nature? If he's Adamant and gets a Rock Polish, what all will still outspeed him (not counting Scarfed Pokes), or is there anything?

i think the better atacks he can have are:
    zen headbut
    crunch
    earthquake
    brick break

Not so much...really, that would demand jask support. Brick Break is lol when you have STABed EQ.

    Rampardos @Salac Berry
    Adamant
    EV: 252 Attack / 252 HP / 6 Def
    -Head Smash
    -Rock Polish
    -Earthquake
    -Avalanche

Quite a unusual set but with Salac Berry and Rock Polish it can be a good sweeper. Head Smash does give recoil but the damage with STAB is too powerful. Also, it lowers HP for Salac Berry. Avalanche is a good counter to Salamence and Garchomp which are common as we all know.

Does this have durability, though? I mean, I see his max HP and all, but could he stand up to some of the more popular STABed Super Effective hits that float around the OU world (Like Close Combat, Surf, EQ)?

EDIT: Oh, and Anti, Rampardos is only Rock. Earthquake is not STABed.

    Possibly so. D:

Though it's possibly go to have Focus Sash instead just to be sure.

That's why I figure a Focus Sash + Rock Polish is the best way to go. Short of a poke with a Quick Attack type move (Which, though semi-common, still sort of unusual) or an Abamasnow (sp?), he should be pretty well off if my calculations are correct...
