Random French cards in Plasma Bast Kit?

I bought the Plasma Blast Elite Trainer Kit at my local Target yesterday, and when I got home and started opening the packs, I noticed that in almost every pack was 1 card that was in French. All of the other cards were in English except one. I pulled 2 Plasma energy, Plasma Flareon, and Plasma Espeon and they were completely in French. Is that normal or was there some kind of mix up in the packaging or anything? All of the other cards were in English, these ones were the only ones that were in French.

That's not normal... but not something I've heard or read around at this point. The set has only been out for a few weeks, though, so we'll still probably be encountering some unusual packaging and print runs.

I think it may have been a botched packaging run of some kind.
