Yeah, I'm already on my final update so here's what I have.
Grinded Ion until he learned Pin Missile.
Defeated Erika with Ion's Pin Missle for the most part.
Defeated Team Rocket in their hideout.
Defeated Blue and Team Rocket in the Pokemon Tower.
Obtained the Poke Flute and headed south of Lavender.
Headed back north of Cerulean and caught a Krabby who I named Reav.
Grinded him until he evolved. Along the way he learned Vicegrip and Guillotine.
Got Surf and Strength in Fuchsia. Taught them to Reav and Oxygen respectively.
Defeated Koga with mostly Ion again.
Defeated Team Rocket's Giovanni in Silph Co..
Obtained the Mimic TM from the Copycat and taught it to Reav. First moveset complete.
Defeated Sabrina with a struggle but mostly with Oxygen's STAB moves.
Did some Surfing around then went to Cinnabar Island's Pokemon Mansion.
Got a Blizzard and Solarbeam TM and taught them to Oxygen and Caution respectively. Three out of four movesets completed.
Defeated Blaine easily with Reav's Surf.
Defeated Giovanni with help from everyone (I think.)
Afterwards Ion learned Thunder at Lv. 52. All four movesets complete.
Defeated Rival with mostly Ion and Oxygen.
Got through Victory Road and defeated Moltres.
Stocked up for the brutal war between the Elite Four. Probably will be tough due to being underleveled.
Defeated Lorelei with Thunder from Ion and Guillotine with Reav.
Defeated Bruno with Oxygen's Take Down and Bubblebeam and Caution's Solarbeam.
Had a brutal challenge defeating Agatha with Revives and teamwork.
Defeated Lance with Oxygen's Blizzard and Bubblebeam for the most part.
Defeated Blue with type matchups over him.
Became the new Champion!
Final Pokemon Team:

Caution the Parasect Lv. 52
Moveset:
-Scratch
-Stun Spore
-Solarbeam
-Rest
Overview: The moveset was pretty decent but still easy to use. You Stun Spore the enemy first and attack with Scratch or Solarbeam. If he gets a status problem and/or his health gets low Rest will save the day. While he was asleep I should have used the Poke Flute. Caution was a great fighter but very slow. He had a tough time against Charizard, but overall I had a great time with him.

Oxygen the Wigglytuff Lv. 57
Moveset:
-Blizzard
-Bubblebeam
-Take Down
-Strength
Overview: Over the times I had Oxygen, I learned to love Wigglytuffs. She was probably the MVP of the entire team taking down anyone with ease. With huge HP, defense, and decent Attack power, Wigglytuff will take down anyone easily without a problem. Blizzard is for the heavy Dragons and Grass Pokemon. Bubblebeam is for the frail Rock and Ground Pokemon. Take Down will dent Pokemon that won't resist it. Strength was mostly for a STAB attack that doesn't hurt her, as a needed HM, and for easy grinding.

Ion the Jolteon Lv. 56
Moveset:
-Thunder
-Sand-Attack
-Pin Missile
-Body Slam
Overview: Overall Ion was definitely a needed asset of the team. With high Speed and Special Attack he will destroy anyone weak to his hefty Thunder. Pin Missile gets the bulky Grass Types who have a double weakness which is most of them. Body Slam was for dealing a higher power attack or for a helpful paralysis. As for Sand-Attack, well, I didn't really use it at all. It may have helped in the Elite Four but I guess I'm more of an attacker. Sand-Attack would have helped a lot but whatever.

Reav the Kingler Lv. 56
Moveset:
-Surf
-Mimic
-Vicegrip
-Guillotine
Overview: Reav was quite useful and used Surf well with a couple of Calciums. My impression on him is a very fun Pokemon. Surf took down the weak ground an rock Pokemon. I only used Mimic in the battle against Agatha because Gengar was bulky. When I used the move I know you can pick the move you want to take but I always copied their first move, Confuse Ray which helped somewhat. Vicegrip was a solid move for him and weakened low defensive Pokemon. Guillotine took out some of the toughest enemies in one hit which saved me some PPs.
I beat Pokemon Yellow and take the spot as the first to complete the Random Moveset Challenge. I hope more people realize how important a moveset is now. I might take another one of these and use randomly generated Pokemon and a longer game. For now I will try to beat my other challenges but that's not a guarantee.
By the way I know most of us will not read this at all but whatever.
