    could someone help me out, i got a shiny scraggy, and i would like to know if i let it evolve would it turn into a regular or a shiny scrafty??

    Nope, it'll become a shiny Scrafty, since it stays in the form it evolves from, in this case being shiny. The same applies to all shinies.
