    So since I received negative rep, I have a question.

    Why can't the admins or whatever make it so that if someone gives negative reputation, the name must be shown?

    By the way, to whoever gave me negative rep: **** you. Least you could have done is said who you were.

    Edit: By the way, don't reply saying "XD I don't know XD XD!" I would like a solid answer. Kthx.
     
    Mainly because a lot of people would bad rep whoever gave them the bad rep. That would just lead to a lot more problems, people misusing it even more than they already are. You don't need to cuss, if you think someone gave you an unfair bad rep just tell someone and we'll look into it. Anyway, I went ahead and deleted it.

    Well, honestly, that's not that good of a reason but if you insist...

    Oh, I would "tell someone", but my experiences with the higher staff have not been... shall we say, good.

    The reason Jorge gave is a good reason. By looking at your first post in this thread you would have bad repped that member for no reason or PMed that member and cussed him/her out. So right there is a good reason why members can't see who gave them rep.
    Members don't need to see rep, they shouldn't even care about rep. It's just a little green block on your profile. And if we turned it on where members could see it the whole rep system would be more screwed then it already is.

    Why don't you turn it off when you think it's only a little green block on your profile?

    Well, I actually think, if we turned the name display thinige on, people would think it over before bad repping other people...

    There are people who like rep and who do use it correctly. Like it's been said many times, if you don't like rep, just turn yours off.

    Actually, no I wouldn't. I said what I needed to say to that person, I feel no need to sink to their level and bad rep them or PM them cussing them out. You say members shouldn't care about rep... Well, you may not care, but oh wait, you're Arcanine the Almighty, with 50 million rep points. Of course you wouldn't care. Why does it matter to you? *rolls eyes*

    Think before you make judgements about others. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones... Arcanine.

    Because I don't whine about bad rep every time I get it. I don't go around starting threads and reply to threads going "Who gave me bad rep? I want to know right now". I don't care about my rep, but I'm not going to disable my rep for no reason.

    And Nine you'll get a reply to your post from me via PM. Where I can see what you have to say to my reply.
