    Let us go indepth. :)

    T-Horny@ Leftovers: Impish
    252 HP/ 68 Def/ 188 SpDef
    - Stealth Rock
    - Spikes
    - Thunder Wave
    - Power Whip

Ferrothorn is quite a good lead, and so I lead with him. SR + Spikes for dual entry hazards which severely cripples Pokemon not named Gliscor. T-Wave just for status spreading. And Power Whip is to actually deal decent damage to Gliscor, Tyranitar, Swampert, and such.

    Goku@ Life Orb: Naive
    252 Atk/ 4 SpA/ 252 Spe
    - Overheat
    - Close Combat
    - Grass Knot
    - Mach Punch

Infernape is a prime pokemon in this team. Technically, this takes care of Bulky Water types like Gastrodon and Swampert. Mixed Attacking 'nape helped me back in the DP era, and I think it will now.

Mr.Pringles@ Choice Specs: Modest (Water Absorb)
    172 HP/ 252 SpA/ 84 Spe
    - Water Spout
    - Shadow Ball
    - Scald
    - Ice Beam

Special Sweeper. Scald over Surf and Hydro Pump for the chance to burn, and cripple several Pokemon like Conkeldurr which will devastate my team. Ice Beam for the chance to 2HKO Dragonite and other Grass-types, like Virizion.

    52 HP/ 252 Atk/ 204 Spe
    - Agility
    - Meteor Mash

Gross will take care of Pokemon named Gyarados, and Jolteon after an Agility Boost. Meteor Mash is for an awesome stab.

    4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
    - Draco Meteor
    - Surf
    - Hidden Power Fire
    - Psyshock

Eon is another special Sweeper of this team, with an Expert Belt Draco Meteor boost under his belt. Hidden Power Fire to take care of Lucario, and for type coverage. Psyshock is for things like Blissey.

Anyway, I just picked guys at random. Any help is appreciated.

Your current Gliscor set is better if it's functioning in Sandstorm. Since you're not using it, might as well change it up a bit to help it take hits better:
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Fang/Facade
    -Protect/Taunt
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/184 Def/72 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

(despite the lack of Attack EVs, Gliscor has enough bulk to set up SD multiple times)

Hm, well, I can see that Gengar might be a little bit troublesome to face in this team, since Latias's HP Fire gives it 30 Speed IVs, making its speed 349, to be outsped by Gengar and be KO'd by shadow ball. Gliscor won't enjoy taking a LO Shadow ball either, and Disable could get rid of Ice Fang.

What you could do is try giving Metagross Pursuit, where it'll KO Gengar since they don't enjoy staying into a Metagross, and even if they stay in, it'll take heavy damage from that too. Or, if you're feeling antsy, Bullet Punch could be an option for the sake of priority.

Well, hope this helps, good luck! :3
