Snorlax needs a bit in everything except Special Attack. Not so much Defense, you'll need special defense or else you won't be able to take suicune abuse.

You don't need magneton on this team, you needs a special attacker that makes 101 subs and can take lax shadow balls, I suggest jirachi. So put that over maggy.

jirachi+gengar pwns most teams, since t-wave bliss can't beat McGar and Ice beam bliss can't beat wish jirachi. If they are carrying snorlax eq lax can't beat gar and shadowball lax can't beat jirachi :D

besides if you pass 2 calm minds to gengar blissey can't break its sub with ice beam :P

imho, you really shouldn't have more than one Pokemon getting set up on a team, because too much set up leads to failure more often than success. I agree with Umby, StalkerCune is always a neat option, as it provides Pressure and such and with those great defenses it will be sticking around a while while still doing damage.

The Pokes I have that set up stay around for a while because of there defence power. Suicune sweeps teams, so does Lax, and Celebi can stall with CMs or pass them. They work fine.:\

Brick Brake>EQ, since a STAB'd Megahorn only has 20 less power than a super effective EQ, and BB covers more than EQ does. Also, I don't suggest leading with this. Lead with Gengar.

It needs at least 148 Spd EVs with Timid nature, to outspeed Heracross/Zapdos/Salamence, and go with either Psychic over LS to OHKO Cross after 1 CM, or HP Electric for Skarm (then again, you have Magneton, but meh) and Suicune.

Rate, and fix. :\

No p-hazer means that random things can setup on this team, so maybe consider Roar>IB on Suicune.
Other than that, looks ok.
