Okay, because I had to, and because I haven't built enough decks lately. And despite the Gurren Lagann title reference, this is not in fact a machine-type deck. As a matter of fact, it's probably one of the more surprisingly fun decks I've ever played.
Okay, this is basically a Little City build I made for WC08, meaning that I've got access to cards up until right before Phantom Darkness, one or two OCG exclusives, and a couple of Phantom Darkness cards (specifically Dark Red Enchanter and Van'Dalygon), but I do use the current banlist. I didn't play skill drain because this was originally to duel through some annoying tag duels (hence some of the more "WTF" choices) so Skill Drain wasn't included and I got the oppurtunity to give Wildheart and Ocean a try... actually, Ocean in Little City is tremendous when it gets down to it. It can bust its way through virtually any monster not named "Doom Dozer" while I've got Skyscraper up, and it recurs Stratos so I can search or blast my opponent's backfield to my heart's content.
Anyway, the big thing I want to do here is get rid of some of the more tag-deck aspects and switch them out for something a little more practical. Any thoughts?
LITTLE CITY- FIGHT THE POWAH DECKLIST:
Monsters (20)
3x E-Hero Wildheart
3x E-Hero Ocean
3x E-Hero Neos Alius
1x E-Hero Stratos
3x Mystic Tomato
1x Sangan
1x Spirit Reaper
2x D.D. Assailant
1x D.D. Warrior Lady
2x E-Hero Captain Gold
Spells (13)
2x Foolish Burial
1x Sealed Gold Sarcophagus
2x O-Oversoul
3x Reinforcement of the Army
2x Skyscraper
1x Heavy Storm
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Smashing Ground
Traps (7)
3x Bottomless Trap Hole
2x Solemn Judgmen
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Mirror Force
Okay, so obviously I'm cutting the three tomatos for three E-Emergency Call first, but I want to know what else to do- and don't say Monster Reborn, that's going in the first chance I get but it stays out for now. I'm kinda hoping to keep the D.D. monsters because not only are they searchable monster removal, they also provide a little extra muscle. As for Sangan and Spirit Reaper... I'm still searching for the best cards to replace 'em with. So, any thoughts?
