This should be in the help thread, but to answer your question, i would suggest neither. But if i had to choose one, I would have to go with Ninetales.
Choose which ever one you like best? O_o Usually, you enjoy training a Pokémon that you favor more than going for something different at times. So, yeah with that said just train whichever one you prefer most, which is either Rapidash or Ninetails.
Anyway, next time please use the Help Thread. However, when it comes to in-game teams the rule of thumb is to just use whichever one you prefer most. Also, I recommend you post following the Character Limit rule, which is at least 4 words/25 characters.
If this is just a comparison thread though between the two Pokémon, then probably making a better thread in Pokémon General would be a better idea. ;)
