3rd Gen Rare items

I just felt like making a thread like this to see who has rare items which are well... rare. Also, tell me what they do.
I'll start off. I have a lucky egg. Increases the holder's exp gained in a battle by 50%.

Ok,i'm not sure if this is considered rare or crap,but I have a Heart scale.These are rare on S/R and E/ since there is only one.I mean on my Diamond version i have tons of them(I just realized what they do!)from The Underground.Do not shun me that they are not rare!I don't really know items are considered "Rare Crap".Don't say it!Whazzuutt?It isn't rare?!*Bashes head into keyboard,then on desk 3 times*What they do,huh?Hmmm...In D/P they do something like,what was it?...Oh yeah that move teacher wants them.In S/R and E/,if Luvdisc(I think)holds it and you trade it it turns into another pokemon.("it evolves idiot!" sorry to be stupid, but how do you get a lucky egg? I never heard of that before

you find them on wild chansey

No question is really stupid.

Anyway, yes you get it on a wild Chansey, but I heard it's pretty rare. You could get it on the first caught Chansey like I did, or you can fill up boxes with it.

Aah ok, thanks a lot! :) Too bad though, no Chanseys in Sapphire... and I only have that one ;(
