[Pricing] Rare misprint?

Hi there, I have a card of Eelektrik, and when I opened the package, it was turned. With a closer look it seems it has the glossy finish on the symbol side, and the matte finish on the face side... Anyone knows if this is rare? Or what value it has. If its worth anything Id be willing to sell it.
