And that is my deck. It is mostly just the Glaceon Structure Deck with a few edits (Call Energy,Vaporeon) I dont have much money and dont know how to get some to buy packs as I am young. Please help as much as possible!

Scrap all Pokemon except the Empoleon, if you wanna run it. Then add in Empoleon and such, and include the sets of the cards you're using, 'cuz that'd help lol

Add more Trainers, and add in Uxie. The trainers should be only search, draw, damage boost, or recovery from discard. Warp Point is if you have space and draw power, and you don't have much draw... Energy Search is also a terrible card. So...try getting more PokeBall things, and use those. Water SPs would be fine to play if you really cared. Kinda all I have to say. I don't know your supplies XD

Sorry but I just found out how to play the game. Where on the card does it say the set? My supplies are ... ehm very limited. I used to have a ton of legendarys and holos and commons but now I got like 10 holos and 100 commons. Do you know anything about local tournaments? Is it all little kids or do adults usually attend them?

The set symbol is in the lower right corner of the card (used to be just below the right-hand corner of the picture when Wizards of the Coast was involved with the cards, but they had to change that when Wizards withdrew). And, as for local tourneys, there's usually a good mix of ages, but it depends on your area.
