At least give it 395 spd and Swords Dance. Ninjask doesn't work without Magneton, Mr. Mime or Ingrain Smeargle.

    Charizard @Leftovers
    Trait:Blaze
    Nature:Adamant
    EVs 252 Atk. 252 Spd. 6 HP

Put a Fire move on there.

    Zangoose @Quick Claw

ice beam/thunder wave is better than flamethrower

Ninjask doesn't need speed, that's what Protect is for. Swords Dance is stupid, Ninjask's entire purpose is passing speed, with substitute as a secondary option. If you really want swords dance you can put it over silver wind. Magneton isn't necessary, Skarmory is only a staple in newbie teams, truly skilled players don't use such overused Pokemon.

    Charizard @Leftovers
    Trait:Blaze
    Nature:Adamant
    EVs 252 Atk. 252 Spd. 6 HP
    -Swords Dance
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Aerial Ace

Put a Fire move on there.
Again, truly skilled players will not use such an overused Pokemon as Skarmory.

    Zangoose @Quick Claw
    Trait:Immunity
    Nature:Adamant

    -Shadow Ball
    -Flail
    -Subsitute

No, QuickFlailing is very effective in practice although it doesn't look that good on paper.

    Blissey @Leftovers
    Trait:Serence Grace
    Nature: Bold
    EVs 252 Def, 252 Sp.Def, 6 HP
    -Flamethrower
    -Softboiled
    -Arometherapy
    -Sesmic Toss

ice beam/thunder wave is better than flamethrower
Flamethrower is good for Skarmory, who Ice Beam leaves you open to. Thunder Wave isn't as useful as Sing. Wouldn't you rather put one Pokemon to sleep than paralyze one Pokemon? Blissey sucks anyways though, any skilled player will tell you that. Hell, I hear it on NetBattle all the time from total newbies.

    Milotic @Leftovers
    Trait:Marvel Scale
    Nature:Bold
    EVs 252 Def, 252 Spd., 6 HP
    - Surf
    - Mirror Coat
    - Refresh
    - Recover

    surf/ib/hypnosis/recover
Mirror Coat is a lot better than what you suggested, and Hypnosis is just cheap. Milotic doesn't really have the power to kill anything with standard attacks before it dies, so Mirror Coat is its best option by far.

    Starmie@Chesto Berry
    Trait:Natural Cure
    Nature:Timid
EVs 252 Spd, 252 Sp Att, 6 HP
    -Rest
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Psychic

what in the hell put recover over rest and leftovers over chesto berry how embarassing
Actually ChestoRest is pretty useful in my own experience, since it doesn't require you to switch and lose the initiative. Leftovers is overrated unless you're trying to take on Boah.

Rhydon has the power to take down all your Pokemon, all but Milotic. Physical sweep Charizard/Goose should be something that it pulled off on switch, not by getting power from a passer. As you can see, Charizard/Goose has horrible Def's, and would most likely faint on switch from almost any attack.
