Rate/Help with my team

not really. I under stand that EVs are gained in battles. And every 4 Evs gives 1 point to that stat.

Good. so implemente them. Its good that you know, but now you must put it in action.
 
Ok, well up Azonic has fixed your team. I'll use Porygon-Z as a good example. Porygon-Z needs 252 Speed EVs. Now each Zubat has 1 Speed EV, so if you have a level 1 Porygon-Z, which is possible, and it KO'd 252 Zubats without KOing anything else, it would have full speed EVs. But, evidently, thats way to time consuming. So what you can do is either give Porygon-Z a Macho Brace that doubles the amopunt of EVs you receive, or catch Pokerus, which also doubles the EVs you receive. So if Porygon-Z had a Macho Barce AND Pokerus,instead of getting 1 speed EV, it would get 4. Here are some good places to get certain EVs in Diamond/Pearl

HP-The grassy area outside the place hwere you can transfer Pokemon from Ruby, Sapphire etc, there are Shellos, Gastrodon, Stunky, and Skuntank, check serebii for how many EVS they give.
Attack-To the swampy area outside of the marsh city, there are Bibarel and Kriketune, both give out 2 attack EVs
Defense-Iron Mountain, everything except Golbat gives you defense.
Special Attack-Old Chateau, the ghosts give you spoecial attack
Special Defense-The water route going to the Elite Four, lots of Tentacruel
Speed-Surfing in Victory Road for Golbat.

Update in bold.Cant use macho brace unless they are high leveled but with pokerus you get 4 still anyway.
 
Oh also for attack, if you think its worth the treck, up the mountain to the pilalr place, theres the waterfall you find Feebas in, but you can also find Dratini, Dragonair, and Gyarados there, all attack EVs, and you could find a Feebas while you;re at it.

i found a smart way to get all those...i got my insence, imported a couple lv 5 snorlaxs and went NUTS (!) breeding munchlaxes and traded people for that kind of stuff.

Then you are still going to die very very quickly. Pretty much all of my advice still stands (2nd post down)
