[23:48:38] Simmons2.0: I don't think so. Raikou and Kyogre, are the only ubers. I threw some pokemon in and made them movesets.

[23:49:21] -Synchronize-: and having even one uber disqualifies it from being OU
[23:49:44] Simmons2.0: oic. So uber then.

This wouldn't work in ubers for obvious reasons listed above. As far as OU without Kyogre, The EVs are pretty screwed, Gengar needs Ice Punch over Shadow Ball, Weezing Needs Sludge Bomb over Taunt or Explosion, Swampert needs Brave Nature, and is best used with Ice Beam over Rock Slide (not to mention it needs Rest on a cursing set), and Raikou might need a Timid Nature if you're using so little speed EVs.

From a 1-10 rating, I would give it a 7. As far as types go, you have two poisons and two waters. The attacks are okay, but I don't like to have explosion or anything like that on my team, but that's just me. It's not good for double battles and it can be very risky. I like how you have stat lowering attacks as well as offensive attacks. But it's best not to give a Pokemon the same attack as another, unless it's a really useful and powerful move. Otherwise, I think you've done a good job.

As far as the EVs went, it scared me, but the only thing wrong with the set is Toxic, as far as I can see.

That Skarm needs alot more speed to use Taunt btw.

Your opinion is flawed, and therefore is not useful. This section is more dedicated to giving accurate, liable information to help others with their teams and battle strategy. So you might wanna make a change and actually care about what we KNOW.

No one was talking about avatars. We were talking about the Umbreon moveset/EVs that simmons2.0 listed.

SnowPhoenix, number rates are useless and they don't help at all. And 99% of teams here are for single battles only. Furthermore, the advice you gave is very vague and not very insightful.
Unless you have good knowledge of competitive battling, please don't give advice on competitive teams.
