Rate my 1st team and Suggestions

This will be my first competetive battleing team. Pleas offer suggestion for improvments. Also I dont know how to allocate EVs so help in that would be appreciated. I apologize in advance for making you read all this.

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Adamant nature
- Dragon Claw
- Ice Beam
- Thunder bolt
- Dragon Dance

Offensive pokemon. Boltbeam covers its weaknesses so could something more useful substitute Dragon Claw?

Mew @ Twisted Spoon
Docile nature*
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Softboiled
- Calm Mind

Special Sweeper. Hits them with psychic and t-bolt and stay alive with softboiled.
*Got this Mew at a pokemon event in my city so must be docile

Crobat @ Leftovers
Quirky nature*
- Posion Fang
- Mean look
- Haze
- Confuse ray

Hazer. Prevents escape while toxic and confusion slowly kills them.
*Must be Quirky as it is my first shiny and I want to see it in battle

Umbreon @ King's Rock
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Bite
- Toxic
- Confuse ray

Tanker/healer. Passes wishes to heal itself and team and posions/confuses anyone that gets in its way. Bite+King's Rock = flinch

Cloyster @ NeverMeltIce
Calm nature
- Ice beam
- Spikes
- Explosion
- Clamp

Spiker/m00ber. Lays spikes down and Ice beams targets. Clamps on and explodes if things get ugly.

Blastoise @ Mystic Water
Adamant Nature
- Surf
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Brick Break

Rapid Spinner. Can also use earthquake on electric foes sent out to counter it such as Raikou and Jolteon. Brick Break can smash screens aswell.

Well thats my idea for my 1st competetive battleing team. No doubt there will be holes in it atm. I only have 2 leftovers for now and I would like to see Umbreon, Mew and Crobat in my lineup regardless. Pleas suggest some improvemnts, especially how I should spend EVs. Thankyou.

You used 2 special attack on a pokemon with a +Atk -Sp Atk Nature. o.o

The physical versions of the attacks would do so much better. Though Earthquake would me more helpful than Ice Punch. As Dragon Claw covers Dragonite's weakness to dragon types already.

I believe this is more of 3rd Gen so try this set.

instead of dragon claw, use outrage. after one dragon dance, if ev'd properly, can almost ohko most pkmn
