    My team i use when i battle in the Battle Frontier and Pokemon Net Battle :p I've cheat some Pokemon, but no cheat Move :p

    On Celebi, GET RID OF THE SCREENS NOW. Replace with Shadow Ball and HP:Fighting.

    Taunt>BB on TTar.

    Choice Band on Meta.

    On Kingdra, use HP:Electric on NB.

    I don't know about Blissey. I'm hardly familiar with it, so if you want to go with an untraditional set, I can't help.

    Leftovers>Salac on Gengar

    Um, yeah. Learn to use the Expert function... and File -> Export to Text next time, K?

    Now what were you saying? Plus, if you can cheat for pokemon, you can cheat for IVs.

    Well yeah she coul cheat some iv's and some moves/TMs too.I didn't read the netbattle part:P
     
    In Net Battle EV:
    Celebi: DEF and SPC DEF are 255. All others are 0.
    Tyran: SPD and ATK are 255. All others are 0.
    Metangross: (same as Tyran)
    Blissey: HP and DEF are 255. All others are 0.
    Gengar: SPD and SPC ATK are 255. All others are 0.
    Kingdra: (same as Gengar) :p

    What? That doesn't make any sense at all. Gengar is one of the fastest pokes around. It doesn't need a Spd boost, and an unreliable one at that.

    Well, duh. But Meta shouldn't be using an all out atacking moveset if it doesn't have CB. It's pointless. Make this your main target from Celebi. Use Agility>Rock Slide on it, and still do Leftovers>Salac. There. Now you've got +2, 4, or 6 Atk and +2 Spd. Not much is gonna stop you. Be sure it has at least 88 Spd EVs, max Atk, and the rest can go in HP and the defenses.

    What if it's your last pokemon? Then what? And it takes too long to set up with the screens. Plus, a common lead is CBMence, which will HP:Flying your Celebi to pieces. It makes a horrible lead.

    At least you've got the basics on EVs down... but you're wasting EVs everywhere.

    Btw, Blissey should be Bold. 212 HP/252 Def/46 SDef with Aromatheropy/Softboiled/Seismic Toss/Ice Beam.

    Right ur butchering celebi....so either do what A.Coz said or -

    EVs - Lots in both defenses and hp..Drop the rest into SpAtt or Sp
    psychic

    calm mind/hell bell

    please don't lead with this.

    Reguardless, I made drastic prediction mistakes with your Kingdra. I paid for that. I would suppose I deserve it. lol Speaking of prediction, you showed better prediction skills than I had thought you would, given your knowledge of EV spreads.

    Though I do believe, even though I lost, that I proved my point. You didn't use Reflect or LS. You just BPed to Metagross.
