I got this thing off the GTS. Its stats were terrible and it was a low level but I'm fixing her up right now. I'm not adding her EV's to this beacause I'm still working on them but I'll start with the moveset:

Blissey @ Leftovers

Nature: Bold

Moveset
Softboiled
Aromatherapy
Calm Mind
Ice Beam

You probably shouldn't EV train pokemon that you've received over GTS. You have no way of telling if they've already received partial EV training. That and the whole "low stats thing" made be because of it's low level or poor IVs. If it's the latter of the two, I'd suggest re-breeding for better IVs seeing as there is no way to fix those.

As for movesets, I think your current setup is not too bad. The Calm Mind will let you get away with 252/252 EV training in Hp and def and still be able to OHKO certain pokemon with 4x to ice attacks like Dragonite, Aerodactyl. etc.

In other news. CM bliss is good i suppose. I would probably use seismic toss on there though

Except he can't get Seismic Toss within the limits of D/P though, he could only get it on FR/LG or Emerald.

I say go special wall Blissey instead of CM Blissey.

Use the Skarm/Bliss combo, it works great.

yes but skarm bliss was hated in 3rd gen netbattle. idk if it still is now.

ONLY use Skarm/Bliss for single battles.

Blissey sucks in doubles.

How can Machoke breed with Blissey when they aren't even in the same egg group?

Seismic Toss is only available from an FR/LG/Em move tutor.
