Rate My (D/P) Team-And help me decide

    Here's my current Team

    1.Charizard(shiny)
    Moves:
    -Dragon Claw
    -Blast Burn
    -Flamethrower
    -Fly
    2.Swampert(shiny)
    Moves:
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    -Hydro Cannon
    -What else should I teach it? I was thinking earthquake?
    3.Magmar(should I evolve to magmortar? if so...how do I?)
    Moves:
    -Flamethrower
    -Sunny Day
    -Nothing (I want to teach it solarbeam but it can't learn it, can it learn it as a magmortar?)
    -Fire Blast
    ---Are there any better moves I should teach it instead of those?
    4.Dragonite(shiny)
    Moves:
    -Thunder (anything better I should give it in place of this?)
    -Fly
    -Draco Meteor (was this attack worth learning or should I get some other dragon-type attack?)
    -Dragon Rush
    5.Gengar
    Moves:
    -Dream Eater
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hypnosis
    -Shadowball
    ---Is that a good moveset for it?
    6.
    ---I can access Almost any pokemon so whats a good 6th pokemon to have, I've been having trouble.
    I was thinking Porygon Z, is that good?

    Porygon Z is a phenomenal pokemon.

    Magmortar can get Solarbeam, according to Serebii.net.
     
    So i should go with porygon Z?
