1. Which pokemon is good choice and easy to EV train for Atk Wall ?
2. How about my pokemon stat, item and moveset ?
3. I need to add more wall or any type of pokemon and remove some atk or s.atk.

Slowbro and Skarmory and Donphan, oh my! Anyways your team looks great. BTW change Snorlax's Ev's to SP. Def it might confuse some people. I also Like it's originality. Garchomp is easily killed by Jolly Life orber garchomps though. If anything go with choice scarf that's how I use mine, just swap swords dance for fire-fang, damn steel types.

Use Jolteon's greatest asset to your advantage. Jolteon can be quite helpful if you can pass Subs. Baton Pass also lets it escape sticky situations against Dugtrio's and the likes.

Life Orb gives your attacks a boost at the cost of some HP. You could go with Choice Scarf and Fire Blast for the speed boost. Fire Blast takes care of Metagross, Skarmory etc.

Fire Fang does pitiful damage against the Skarmory's steel armor. Fire Blast is a guaranteed OHKO. You may consider a Naughty nature if you go with Fire Blast.

You could go with Fire Fang then. Milotic aalready has a high enough Sp. Def. Hypnosis disables any annoying sweeper. The Defense EVs compliment her ability Marvel Scale. Being a status absorber it comes in handy. Milotic can easily switch in to counter Chomps and Salamences. Recover is always the better choice. Especially if you have high HP.
