Well...this looks VERY unstable...I don't know what Salamence you are using and what the strategy is behind this. If you let me know, I can probably make changes to try to make it a bit more stable. I also don't know what cards you have to use...but I know 22 energies is way to many. Respond to a couple of my questions, and I'll attempt to help you out. (Also, which Crawdaunt are you using..?)

The usual ingredients that make up a bad deck: too much energy, too many Pokemon, too many different Pokemon evolution lines, and not enough useful Trainers.

Exactly, too much bad, and not enough good. If he wants this to be Modified format, I can help out the best I can. Unlimited, I'll leave that to you or someone else Bullados, I'm only a wiz at Modified, since that's all we play at the tournaments I go too.

First off, if you have Kingdra EX, it's needed here. But you should start with what you want the main hitter to be..Torkoal seems pointless..all the energies are a little too much, and there isn't any drawpower, or good trainers.

OFFTOPIC: Bullados, are you good at Ulimited and Modified, or just one?

i know him and he is using 3 salamence of dragon the one with dragon wind and the other one is the other salamence.

I have a torkoal in my deck because of the 4 latias ex. It needs to discard a fire energy card and a water energy card so it can attack. But with torkoal I can get them back. Now about my other cards all my pokemon cards are from the same buster (DRAGON EX). If you know about the nombers here they are.

    SHELGON#20
    SEDRA#39
    CRAWDANT#13
    BAGON#50
    SALAMANCE#19
    TORKOAL#12
    CORHISH#54
    HORSEA#58
    SALAMANCE#10

    Basics:
    3x Bagon
    2x Magnemite
    3x Corphish
3x Latias EX (Four of a certian EX is a little much...Especially one like Latias, who can be easily knocked out.)
    Basics: 11

    Evos:
    3x Shelgon
2x Magneton (Dragons, the one that can get energy back with it's power.)
    3x Crawdaunt
    2x Salamence Non Holo
1x Salamence Holo (You can go with 3 of the Non-Holo, they seem better in here.
    Evos: 11

    Trainers:
2x Professor Oak's Research (from Expedition)
    2x Copycat (from Expedition)
    3x TV Reporter
3x Steven's Advice (from Hidden Legends)
3x Life Herb (from Hidden Legends)
    1x Fisherman (Skyridge I beleve)
    1x Town Volunteers (Aquapolis)
    2x ATM Rock
    2x Ancient Tomb
    1x Island Cave
    Trainers: 20

    Energy:
    7x Fire Energy
    7x Water Energy
    4x Multi Energy (Sandstorm)
    Energy: 18

    Total: 60

That is tournament legal right now...all in the Modified Set up...if anyone else wants to make changes to my changes they can..I was never the world's greatest deck fixer..but I think this is better then what it was.

Instead of wasting in attack with a weak Pkmn like Torkoal, you can use Magnetons power, and discard one card (probably a useless trainer or an energy) to get back 2 energy cards from your discard pile, same as torkoal did.

Multi Energy can provide any energy to whoever you attach it too, but I'd use it on Magneton to supply the Electric Energy.

Non-Holo Salamence lets you discard an energy to make your attack stronger, and you can get the energy back with Mageneton, so that's not that bad, which is why I put that you might want to use 3 non-holo instead of 2 and 1.

Well, if you have questions just ask me, this one seems to have a tiny bit of strategy, rather then the strategy-less one before hand.

From that second deck, there seems no need for the Latias: Holo Salamence should be enough to take out anything that you might face, considering that you choose which Bench Pokemon comes out with the Power.

True, I'm not sure how that ONE Salamence will do..if he had more it might work, but with only one, it's hard to know how good he'll get it out...he might need Elm's Training Method or Wally's Training.
