No way is that thing EVed...I'm pretty sure its attack can go far higher than that...close to TTar's max attack I think...my guess is no.

Nope me thinks its not EV trained, its attack and speed are too low for it to have been(unless its a neutral nature)

but we cant be really accurate unless you actually post what nature it is.

If it's a nuetral nature, who cares about the EVs? Yeah, it seemsa to have bad IVs and a bad EV spread, if a spread at all.

Now way, not only is its Attack and speed low, but its Sp. Defense has potential to be much higher.
it's only 40 minus the max attack so it definately has SOME Ev's but not nearly enough.
