    I only got 2 Leftovers more where do you get the Choice Band
     
    You can get more leftovers from colloseum and you can get the choice band after beating the battle tower six times in ruby and sapphire but its worth it being those are the best sets.

    You must improve on your pokemons' movesets and you must give them the right items, too. I'm not an expert with stats, though, but you can check their nature and see on serebii.net, if your pokemon have the right stats with the corresponding nature. Well, hope this helps, and good luck!

    You can get those items (and more) at the battle fronteer (emerald only)
    for a lot of BP (battle points)
