    -Psychic [best stab move]
    -Thunderbolt

A bug type absolutely MURDURS this roster. Fighting types also put a large dent in it. Oh wait, heracross fits that description. Too many weaknesses. Fighting is a bad weakness to have. Consider replacing some pokemon to balance it out more. Ice and ghost types don't exactly go easy on your team either. Also, there are ubers. Offensively it is rather good but there are too many common weaknesses like fighting and ice. 5/10 just cuz of that. Could get better fast though.

half of your pokemon are weak against a ghost type, both ubers. and the other half to fighting. 4/6 to bug types.

This team is horribly set up.

    1.Mewtwo@Leftovers
    Nature: Timid
    Thunderbolt
    Calm Mind
    Psychic
    Recover

    You frogot Mewtwo's best move.

    2.Umbreon@Leftovers
    Nature:Bold
    Substitute / Wish
    Baton Pass
    Mean Look
    Confuse Ray

Try something else you can pass along with Mean Look.

    3.Tyrantar@Leftovers
    Nature:Adamant
    Earthquake
    Taunt
    Dragon Dance
    Rock Slide

    Don't EVER use Giga Impact.

    4.Cradily@Leftovers
    Nature:Bold
    Recover
    Confuse Ray
    Sludge Bomb
    Barrier

    Meh, whatever.

    5.Drifblim@
    Nature:Bold
    Hypnosis
    Stockpile
    Shadow Ball
    Baton Pass

Stockpile to raise Defenses, and pass it. Shadow Ball for STAB. And what the hell is with Endure?

    6.Girantina@White Herb
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    Shadow Ball
    Dragon Pulse
    Thunderbolt
    Calm Mind

    This is better.

Lol. Your team needed help badly.

    1.Mewtwo@Leftovers
    Nature:Modest/Timid
    Thunderbolt
    Calm Mind
    Aura Sphere/Icebeam
    Recover

It works great as a Bolt-Beamer. Unlike Lord Mike, I would like to point out that as Mewtwo is an uber pokemon, the Psychic type is resisted by far too many uber pokemon, and will not be very powerful

    2.Umbreon@Leftovers
    Nature:Bold
    Wish
    Baton Pass
    Mean Look
    Swagger

As the Mean Look is transfered, the wish effect is transfered to the following pokemon, making it a nice strategy to use.

    3.Tyrantar@Leftovers
    Nature:Adamant
    Earthquake
    Avalanche
    Crunch
    Stone Edge

Avalanche is to cover the grass weakness, Crunch and Stone Edge for STAB, NEVER use any form of Hyperbeam.

    4.Cradily@Leftovers
    Nature:Bold/Calm
    Recover
    Amnesia
    Energy Ball
    Barrier

Effectively walling all sweepers coming into play. Amnesia and Barrier. Energy Ball is more powerful as Sludge Bomb only covers 1 type.

    5.Drifblim@
    Nature:Bold
    Hypnosis
    Stockpile
    Shadowball
    Baton Pass

Stockpile now gains an extra effect, one much like Cosmic Power.

    6.Girantina@White Herb
    Nature:Modest/Timid
    Shadowball
    Dragon Pulse
    Calm Mind
    T-bolt

Swagger>Confuse Ray is pointless. Swagger doubles the opponent's Attack and confuses, when you could use an attack with not such a disadvantage.

And nice move copying my same exact rate for the last two Pokemon...

Confusion damage relies on attack power. The higher the attack stat, the more damage is done. Swagger is a better choice than Confuse Ray.

Yeah, when he uses Swagger on a Heracross with Megahorn, Stone Edge, Close Combat, and Earthquake, he might regret it...

Swagger is more high risk, basically. Something has to be done about all these weaknesses and ubers.

I like mine a Bit more. My Mothim can totally wipe out most of your Team.

Uh, okay. Isn't this supposed to be about knight's team? Your team doesn't have any walls either...A few types would demolish your team as well, or something like a special sweeper with boltbeam (coughstarmiecough) that could rip through it. Back to knight's team, what replacements do you plan on using, if any?
You should replace some pokes though. You NEED to.
