It needs quite a bit of work, but I'm glad you didn't do what most first timers do and put two offensive moves of the same type on one pokemon (aside from Swift and Body Slam on Espy :dead:). Anyway, go to Smogon. And never use Doble Team....

EDIT: Is ths for NB or ingame???

I fixed it I made it so the moves are changed.
That's not exactly what I meant.... Having two same type moves and DT were just your biggest problems. The movesets pretty much have to be redone. For starters, go to smogon and check out their movesets. Then come back with your revised team and then you can get it rated.
And you still haven't answered my question...is this Net Battle or ingame?

Ingame.I had a team very close to this so I wanted to see how good it is.

Blastoise needs Surf over Water Pulse.

lol @ physical attacks on Espeon, needs Calm Mind and Substitute.

Blaziken is wtf no. Slash phails, put Bulk Up on there.

Tyranitar isn't that bad, should have ice beam over flamethrower.

Raichu needs Thunder Wave over Quick Attack, then maybe a good special Hidden Power if available.

Salamence should be completely redone. Should have: Dragon Dance, Hidden Power: Flying (if available, if not take Brick Break), Rock Slide, and Earthquake.

It's alright for In-game but could be WAY better if you make those changes.

    This is it.

    Blaziken @ Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    Adamant Nature
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Rock Slide
    -Swords Dance

This pokemon doesn't last too long in today's metagame, so I dont recommend using it. Don't use Slash plz.

    Tyranitar @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sandstream
    Adamant Nature
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Taunt/Substitute/Hp Flying

    Flamethrower = No on tyranitar.

    Espeon @ Leftovers
    Trait: Synchronize
    Calm Nature
    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind/Sunny Day
    -HP Fire/Baton Pass
    -Morning Sun/Substitute/Wish

Do not give a psychic pokemon any kind of physical move unless its name has Mtagross,Medicham, Deoxys-F, Mew or Hypno in it, and even then, Hypno only needs Focus Punch or Seismic toss. Sunny Day is for Morning Sun and HP Fire. Baton Pass can be used with either substitute or wish. Calm Mind is all purpose.

    Raichu @ Leftovers
    Trait: Static
    Modest
    -Thunderbolt
    -HP Ice/Grass
    -Substitute
    -Thunder Wave/Light Screen/Focus Punch

Iron Tail sucks, plain and simple.

    Blastoise @ Leftovers
    Torrent

    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    -Haze/Mirror Coat

Almost had a decent set there if it weren't for Water Pulse. If you're ever going to use a water move, use Surf. In some cases Hydro Pump is acceptable. Focus Punch is an option better used with Yawn or Subtitute

    Salamence @ Leftovers
    Intimidate
    Adamant
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Hp Flying
    -Rock Slide/Fire Blast

Standard set. Fire Blast for Skarms n' stuff. Btw, don't ever in your life use the move Headbutt unless ur just starting training in-game

I edited to make it more reader friendly. It's best not to post stats unless you're listing specific EVs. With the exception of Blastoise, most things learning DD can really screw this thing. Heck, even boah has a good shot of ruining things. As listed before go to smogon for standard sets. There are also a few other resources that i hesitate to post.

Umby, didn't he say he was using this team in-game?
I made the attacks so they can takeout there weakness.Like Flamethrower on Salamence to beat his weakness Ice.Tyranitar With Flamethrower and thunderbolt I can beat his weakness's water and grass type.

Ice Beam would be super effective to grass types too, AND ground types. So Ice Beam is clearly the better choice.

Is this team for NetBattle or the Gameboy games?

There are very few Ice types who actually have a weakness to fire, those being (evolved forms) Regice, Glalie, Piloswine, and Articuno, iirc, so that's not really the main reason to have Flamethrower on Salamence. A good in-game set for Salamence is either
    Dragon Dance,EQ,Rock Slide,Aerial Ace/Brick Break or
Dragon Claw, Flamethrower, Earthquake, Rock Slide/Aerial Ace.

The second set, in Emerald at least, takes care of a surprisingly large amount of Battle Frontier pogeyz, but the SAtk has to be pretty good for it to be effective.

T-Tar's best set in-game is Crunch/Rock Slide/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam, at least imo.
