Surf (doesn't need any extra power, Drizzle boosts the damage enough, and with Calm Mind, it's pure pwnage)
HP Grass (must have this, as a better alternative to most people's suggestion of Earthquake)
Ice Beam (for taking out those grass types resistant to water).

This is the type of Groudon I use, itsbig physical tank that becomes even more dangerous onces Salac Berry kicks in. I use HP Bug over Aerial Ace, it helps destroy annoying Psychic 00bers and legends like Latios. I gave it Ancient Power over Rockslide because I hate when it misses >.<.
