Meh. No Hyper Beam or any "clones" of it pretty much in competitive battling. It sucks TBH, you have to recharge, and they could switch to something. :|

Your team is constructed pretty poorly, I'm sorry to say. For one, why Froslass? I'd remove that for maybe Jynx or Mamoswine, just not Froslass.

As said above you'd be stomped in Metagame. It doesn't matter if you are ready for anything, all it really takes is a good physical sweeper or anything that can dish fire punch, or a Special sweeper like Gengar with HP (Fire).

I replaced the useless Frosslass with a BulkyGyra build to tank fire hits. Glaceon was replaced with Mamoswine but it may too also be replaced by something to resist fighting.

BulkyGyara taking fire hits? hmmm i doesnt need to be bulky to take fire hits

Actually frosglass is an excellent choice on hail teams, it is immune to fighting (Which still rapes this team btw) and snow cloak ups its evasion in a none-hax way (Unlike bright powder, which is banned). I would say frosglass>>> Glaceon and keep Bulky Gyara. Regice should be Careful@252HP/252Def/6SpDef, it has an immense SpDef stat already (Assuming perfect IVs it should still be well over 450). You should also have T-Punch or possibly Counter over amnesia, since two stat-up moves is just asking for a PHazer to make half of your moveset useless. Just curse will do, it's SpDef is so good it doesnt need boosting.

Bulky Aboma runs Sassy@252HP/20SpAtt/160SpDef/76Spd. EVs mean blizzard will 2HKO skarm and weezing. Substitute>>>Protect too, Protect is a garbage move tbh.

Cursing walrein wants Careful@252HP/252SpDef/6SpDef since you have curse to boost your regular defence.

Choice Scarf Weavile is garbage, it's really fast already. Jolly CB weavile please:

    Weavile@Choice Band
    Jolly
    40HP/252Att/252Spd
    Night Slash
    Brick Break
    Ice Punch/Ice Shard
    Pursuit

By the way I'd edit your first post so we can see which amendments have been made.

Hmm. I was making a Hail Team not that long ago. It was similar to yours at the start but this is what I ended up with at the end of it all:
    Abomasnow @ Leftovers
    Timid (6Atk/252SpAtk/252Spd)
    Substitute
    Grass Knot
    Blizzard
    Focus Punch

    Garchomp@Life Orb
    Adamant <252Atk/240Spd/16HP>
    Dragon Claw
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge
    Fire Blast
Life Orb over Choice Items here. Not much more to say about this set. FB is for better coverage.

    Tentacruel @ Leftovers
    Calm Nature <204HP/96SpAtk/172SpDef/36 Spd>
    Surf
    Blizzard
    Toxic Spikes
    Rapid Spin
    Starmie@Leftovers
    Timid
    <160HP/132SpAtk/216Spd>
    T-Bolt
    Recover
    Rapid Spin
    Surf
Either of the two. Tentacruel more of a MixApe counter than Starmie but Starmie is an awesome spinner IMO.

    Snorlax @ Leftovers:Immunity
    Careful/Calm <244HP/28Def/236SpDef>
    Sleep Talk
    Rest
    Body Slam
    Crunch

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Impish <252HP/6Atk/252Def>
    Earthquake
    Aerial Ace/Ice Fang
    Stealth Rock/Taunt/Stone Edge
    Roost

    Walrein @ Leftovers:Ice Body
    Bold <252HP/252Defense/6Sp. Def>
    Protect/EQ
    Substitute
    Toxic
    Blizzard

Update: I've changed the EVs for a few of the teammates with Gofre's advice and switched Mamoswine with Gengar to deal with fighting types, thus giving me a good switch for Close Combat and Focus Blast which could easily destroy most of my team. When I get some more time I'll update the first post with the current team and moveset.

Run Ice Beam + Thunderbolt or Seismic Toss on Regice. And use the Rest-Talk set:

    Regice@Leftovers
    Calm or Bold
    252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD or 252 HP/252 SpD/4 Def
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt/Seismic Toss
    Rest
    Sleep Talk

Status absorber and works much better than that set. Go with Bold if you're using the second EV Spread and Calm with the first or just slap Calm on the second EV spread and make it almost impossible to OHKO with special moves.

I like Gengar for his immunity to the fighting threat. I've looked into a Mamoswine, but with so many physical sweepers, I don't think that a Mamoswine will fit into my team. Gengar also serves as a special sweeper so I don't get walled by physical tanks.

I don't really know what to say so I am gonna say this. It doesn't look THAT good but it doesn't look THAT bad.

You need a Rock resistance. 5/6 of your team is weak to Rock type attacks and the other one is neutral to rock and won't be lasting long. I recommend a Machamp, which counters T-Tar as well:

    Machamp@Leftovers
    Adamant or Impish
    No Guard
    Dynamicpunch
    Ice Punch
    Rest
    Sleep Talk

1 recommendation on your Gengar: Since its goin to be pelted by hail every turn, I would run a Black Sludge on it. Also, Focus Blast is gonna be very innacurate, I would put HP fighting over it.

try this set on Tauntdos same attack but faster i think...

    jolly
    Ev: 216 hp, 52 att, 176 def, 66 spe

i like it a bit more
