Hey everyone. This is the team I plan on going with throughout the whole game. I think it has great diversity but I obviously of course know it isn't flawless.

    Pokemon - Type - Nature - Level
    Croconaw - Water - Impish - Level 20
    Pidgeotto - Normal/Flying - Relaxed - Level 20
    Gastly - Ghost/Poison - Docile - Level 20
    Magnemite (Shiny) - Electric/Steel - Jolly - Level 20
    Dratini - Dragon - Timid - Level 20
    Exeggcute - Grass/Psychic - Hardy - Level 11

    Notes:
    - I traded Magnemite and Dratini from my old HG file to a friend of mine, then both of them right back to me when I started a new file. Magnemite was holding Magnet and Dratini was holding Master Ball.
    - I have Dratini acting as a Fire type as well, since there is no room for another one. I taught it Fire Blast in my old file and I plan on teaching it Flamethrower when I get the TM.
    - I do my best to keep up with EV's and I think I have done a pretty good job so far.
    - I didn't bother posting movesets because I am still just starting.
    - I plan on trading Magnemite to my Platinum once it evolves into Magneton and learns it's best moves, so I can get a Magnezone, then trading it back.

So when all is said and done, it will basically look like this:

    Feraligatr
    Pigeot
    Gengar
    Magnezone (Shiny)
    Dragonite
    Exeggutor

So is there anything you recommend I change, or is this something you like? Rate please :)

I think you got yourself a pretty rockin team, its good to have different types on your team because you never know when that might come in handy. :)

You posted this on the wrong forum btw.

I might also recommend Spearow/Fearow as your flying type since it has a better movepool and is faster.
Plus, Spearow and Fearow learn drill peck at around lv.37/lv.47
