I want comments so i can improve the next generation. i have a male with slightly different IVs, i'm trying to get as close to perfect IVs as possible, with these EVs, but i'd like some moveset comments

is this 3rd gen?? if it is then bulk up/substitute insted of sleep talk.

thanks, soon after i posted i realized sleep talk + choice band realy is just a 1 out of 3 chance of being stuck with a bad move + being unable to use it after waking up. but why bulk up?
