  • My Changes/Comments are in BOLD:

    SS Team:

Electrode: Lv 100 Holding Light Clay
    Thunderbolt
    Reflect
    Light Screen

    Explosion

Electrode doesn't have much going for it save it's speed. It's movepool is pretty shallow, and doesn't have good coverage. Give it Thunderbolt for STAB, and the dual-screen combo to halve all damage taken. Explosion is a kind of last resort thing. The Light Clay will increase the duration of Reflect & Light Screen

    Rhydon: Lv 100
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge
    Megahorn
    Swords Dance

Not too bad, but give Rhydon Swords Dance over Hammer Arm. After a Swords Dance, it can OHKO pretty much anything it runs into.

    Carnivine: Lv 100
    Power Whip
    Crunch
    Toxic
    Protect

Toxic + Protect can cripple a lot of Pokemon. Crunch is the only other thing I would give it, but use Carnivine as a status inflicter. Use Toxic, then Protect until the opponent faints from poison.

    Charizard: Lv 100 Holding Charcoal
    Flamethrower
    Dragon Claw/Dragon Pulse
    Roost

    Fly

You don't want 3-4 attacks of the same type on one Pokemon. Give Charizard Dragon Claw or Dragon Pulse, as Dragon + Fire = perfect neutral coverage against every type. If your Special Attack is higher than your Attack, give it Dragon Pulse. Roost is instant recovery. Stay away from Blast Burn and similar moves that require a recharge. Fly is decent enough in-game as I suppose it's for traveling purposes.

    Machamp: Lv 100
    Dynamicpunch
    Stone Edge
    Poison Jab
    Earthquake

Again, stay away from moves that require a recharge. Give Machamp Earthquake over Giga Impact.

    Slowking: Lv 100
    Surf
    Psychic
    Ice Beam
    Nasty Plot

Surf over Water Pulse due to the higher power. Confusion is nice, but don't rely on it.

    HG Team:

Hitmonlee: Lv 100 Holding a Expert Belt
    Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    Close Combat
    Earthquake
    Blaze Kick

Give Hitmonlee Stone Edge or Rock Slide over a second fighting move. Rock + Ground gives excellent coverage, and allows you to use the Expert Belt more effective with Blaze Kick + Close Combat.

Honchkrow: Lv 100 Holding a Razor Claw
    Night Slash
    Fly
    Shadow Ball
    Thunder Wave

Decent enough. Although Consider teaching it a fighting move like Brick Break over Shadow Ball.

Scizor: Lv 100 Holding a Bright Powder
    U-Turn
    Brick Break
    Night Slash
    Swords Dance

Nice. But if your Scizor has the Technician ability and you have a Heart Scale, consider giving it Bullet Punch over Brick Break or Night Slash. If not, then Iron Head will work just as well.

Venusaur: Lv 100 Holding a Leftovers
    Sludge Bomb
    Synthesis
    Petal Dance
    Sleep Powder

This is a much better Venusaur set. Venusaur doesn't really work well with the Choice items, as it doesn't have many decent power attacks. Give it Synthesis for recovery and sleep powder for status.

Gyrados (shiny): Lv 100 Holding a Scope Lens
    Dragon Dance
    Waterfall

    Ice Fang
    Earthquake

This is a standard Gyarados set and easily the best in-game. Dragon Dance can come in handy, and Waterfall is it's best STAB attack. Earthquake destroys Electric types it may run into. Keep Ice Fang

Magcargo: Lv 100 Holding a Lagging Tail
    Curse
    Gyro Ball
    Flamethrower
    Earth Power

Not a bad set here, but I don't have experience with this Pokemon so I wouldn't really know.

    Hope I helped.
