Just seeing what people think about my current in game team for battling NPC's. I'm not doing competitive since they got rid of the supertraining which was to me more straightforward and fun (too lazy to look up which pokemon give which stats. Anyways mostly going for the cool factor and not so much the usefulness of these pokes. Share your input! Give me a 1-10 score for coolness and overall team flexibility in battle. :D

    -Bravairy
    -Crabominable
    -Vikavolt
    -Gyarados
    -Garchomp
    -Incineroar

I have a nitpick with your team and that is you having a horrible weakness to Rock (fyi you have four weaknesses to Rock here). And that's not good when you consider that the Akala Kahuna herself Olivia becomes a member of the Elite Four, meaning she WILL smack you down badly.

I personally would try and check this team planner I linked to above since it can show you any common weaknesses present in your team, and that can make you look at other options to help deal with that type. I'd say ditch Gyarados for a Water-type that isn't weak to Rock and maybe consider that Crabominable and Vikavolt aren't very reliable due to their horrible Speed stats. I could also suggest getting a Grass-type to help with your problem with the rocks.

I personally despise using slow Pokemon because the AI can hit harder than I expect, and I know you picked this team based on design alone but sometimes you have to learn that it's not the best thing to do, especially if it leaves you wide open with a weakness to a certain type. Unfortunately, both Crabominable and Vikavolt are cursed with extreme slowness and near-inability to take strong attacks so they can and will go down easily.

I can also tell you that Rufflet evolves into Braviary extremely late (Lv54) while Vikavolt and Crabominable both evolve at extremely late-game locations (in fact, one of them is right where the league is), so you'll be stuck with a Rufflet, Charjabug and Crabrawler for pretty much the whole main story.

Tell me how far you are into the game so that I can give a deeper input.

I've replaced Vikavolt with Midday Lycanroc but I'm not sure what to replace Gyarados with. I just got the Firium Z and my pokemon are pretty strong already. I am also going to get Alolan Exeggutor over Garchomp to cover my water weakness without having another pokemon weak to rock types. That's why Vikavolt is out.

    Rufflet lvl 27
    Lycanroc Midday Lvl 27
Gyarados lvl 24 (taught him scald)
    Crabrawler lvl 28
    Torracat lvl 30

Scald won't exactly be the best move for a Gyarados since it's a physical attacker so bear that in mind. As for Lycanroc, it's fast but very frail with an extremely limited movepool (both Lycanroc forms get barely anything outside of Rock and Normal-type moves, except for Brick Break and Crunch I guess) so you may have to consider that as well.

Alolan Exeggutor isn't a bad choice, but it's not available until the final island, and looking at your levels it appears you're still only at Ula'ula.

I actually wanted to catch the Alolan Exeggutor that tries to attack Lillie. I kind of think it would be cool from a roleplay point of view. Also I know Lycanroc is frail but it can dish out some good attacks. The flying type girl at the E4 can be taken down with it I'm pretty sure since Lycanroc is so fast. Only thing I don't know is what the wild Alolan Exeggutor's moveset is upon catching it. Do you have any idea as to that bit of information? And also I was planning to teach Gyarados Waterfall. Just for now Scald with Mystic water is doing decent damage against pretty much anything. I took the Salazzle out with 1 rock tomb from Lycanroc too btw.

Unfortunately, you can't get Waterfall until you beat the game, so if there's anything to go by, then use Aqua Tail.

Bulbapedia and Serebii are both confirmed to state postgame only, so you will have to unfortunately rely on the higher BP but less accurate Aqua Tail for your main Water-type move.

Okay ouch. Maybe this is why I've never used Gyarados in any of my pokemon playthroughs since Gen I lol.
