Since looks like you want rather a defensive, stalling set than an attacking one, it's not that bad, but you might want to give it either Seismic Toss or Night Shade so that your pokemon can attack even those pokemon that aren't affected by toxic. You can also replace Recover with Rest if you want to.

Not bad, but Zard doesn't really work as a mixed sweeper. If you want a physical Zard, then give it Dragon Dance/Swords Dance, Earthquake should stay, Aerial Ace and maybe Rock Slide or Steel Wing. If you want a special Zard, then you can try Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, HP Grass/Electric and Endure.

I think that smogon.com offers better movesets and suggestions sometimes.

The movesets weren't that bad but I think that your team needs a little improvement. Well, hope this will help you and good luck!
