Looks like your EVs are all over the place. Mew's base stats at L100 are 299 (not counting HP), before adding IV and EV points, so those EVs are pretty much everywhere.

Mega Punch - such a bad move. Very inaccurate, not one you can easily rely on.

Sunny Day/Solarbeam - Not enough diversity with the rest of the moves to just rely on Sunnybeaming.

Psychic - Ye olde STAB move. Keep this.

Mew, being so flexible with it's ability to learn every TM and HM, is more of a 'pick 4 attack moves' and go type of Pokemon. I'd rather stick to moves that have at least 100% accuracy, or close to it.

Try this moveset if you really want to stick with Sunnybeaming, but bear in mind Houndoom messes this set up easily.

    Sunny Day
    Solarbeam
    Psychic
    Flamethrower.

Mew is a hard pokemon to give a moveset, cause of his ability to learn any move,in my opinion you did a good job.but if your gonna be on the fire power side with
Solarbea/sunnyday combo, and then have flamethrower, you should just add another fire move,or get rid of sunnyday and replace it with another move.

Basic rule of making a moveset - never give a Pokemon 2 of the same type of move. You lack diversity, and if you're the only one left and the only attack moves you have are Flamethrower and Fire Blast, in comes something like Houndoom to mess you over.

I think if your going for a great pokemon stay were your are,but if you want a really great pokemon you need to work on it and get rid of the most common combo.

    Psychic (STAB-eriffic)
    Flamethrowern (powered up)
    Solarbeam (1 shotter)
    Sunny Day (The Driving Force)

psychic, raindance, thunder, surf. Thunder always hits, has high paralysis rate (30%), surf for 1.5 raindance, and psy for stab. leftover would be nice. btw what does mew get for his ability? trace? also psychic is good b/c it reduces sp. def.--> (20% chance)
