thank you for rating my team cant wait for ur input :)

When you have Choice Scarf and Steadfast, it probably would be a good idea to forgo Modest > Timid on Lucario.

'Vire gets walled badly, even with Screech. So, it probably would be a good idea to replace it with something else. EDIT: It might be a good idea to put Seismic Toss on Blissey. =p

Seismic Toss >> Ice Beam for Bliss IMO. You don't want Raikou behind a Sub that you can't break because you have no Seismic Toss and get swept by CM Raikou. Also, run the DD set for Dragonite:

    Dragonite@Life Orb/Yache Berry/Lum Berry
    Jolly
    4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
    Fire Punch
    Earthquake

Jolly is the only way you'll outspeed Scarf Hera after 1 DD. Fire Punch >> Fire Blast for obvious reasons while Earthquake so you don't get walled by Heatran. Also, put Specs on Lucario, but keep the Timid nature, to outspeed Mence before it uses DD and HP Ice it. Vacuum Wave >> Flash Cannon on Lucario to kill Weavile before it murders you with Brick Break.

    Lucario @ choice scarf
    trait: steadfast
    nature: Modest OR Mild/Rash
    Evs: 252 SP.ATK/ 252 SPEED/ 4 HP
    dark pulse
    Vacuum Wave/ Blaze Kick
    Dragon Pulse/ Hidden Power [ICE]
    aura sphere

yeah so this what i am going to start with since some people start off with ghost/dark/physic types i think i could counter it with dark pulse, physic, and aura sphere and get a good start.

You can already outspeed most other leads with Choice Scarf, and the ones you don't aren't going to be outsped with Timid, so you may as well go Modest for that extra bit of power.

Flash Cannon sucks. All Steel moves do. And Psychic is useless when it isn't STABed, since it hits so few opponents. Go with Dragon Pulse/ HP Ice.

Unfortunately, Lucario's Special movepool is average at best, so there really aren't many options for him. For the last slot, you could go with Vacuum Wave for priority, which isn't necessary in any way, or Blaze Kick to hit Bronzong (who already takes more from Aura Sphere). Scarf Lucario just isn't that good, it looks like.

    dragonite @ leftovers
    trait: Inner Focus
    nature adamant
    EVS: 252 ATK/ 252 SPEED/ 4 HP
    dragon claw/ ice beam
    roost
    earthquake
    substitute

    Uhh... I guess?

    electivire @ expert belt
    trait: Motor Drive
    nature: Mild
    EVS: 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
    thunderbolt
    flamethrower
    hidden power ice
    cross chop

a normal mixed attacker will some coverage from a garchomp and also it can 2 or even 1 hit KO a Tyranitar of its hidden power of ice

    Electivire sucks. Always.

    gengar @ life orb
    trait: levitate
    nature: timid
    EVS: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    hypnoisis
    shadow ball
    focus blast
    thunderbolt

well yeah only problem i hav is either focus punch or focus blast

This isn't RSE, so Focus Punch is a joke on Gengar. Focus Blast, please.

    Nidoqueen@ leftovers
    trait: poison point
    nature: relaxed
    EVS: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 Spe
    earthquake
    flamethrower
    ice beam
    toxic spikes
basic wall with toxic spikes to get every pokemon who switchens in will be poisons so that is the only reason i hav her :)

For the record, it's not 'any Pokemon that switches in' that gets Poisoned. Levitators, Flying-types, and Steel-types are all immune to Toxic Spikes- and Poison-types absorb them for the rest of the team. :/

Anyway, no, Nidoqueen is a horrible wall in OU. If you want someone with Toxic Spikes, go with Forretress.

    Forretress @ Leftovers/ Shed Shell
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 162 Atk/ 96 Def
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rest/ Explosion
    - Gyro Ball/ Earthquake

Lays down Spikes with ease, and is one of the best Rapid Spinners in the game.

    blissey@ leftovers
    trait: narural cure
    nature: calm
    EVS: 252 Def / 40 HP / 216 SpD
    Aromatheraphy
    Seismic Toss
    thunder wave
    softboiled

    basic cleric blissey

Blissey without Seismic Toss is a Blissey not worth using.

thank you for rating my team cant wait for ur input :)

Frankly, this team needs a lot more help than I'll be able to give it at the moment. :(

EDIT: Salamence's Dragonite build posted above (DD+Outrage) is the BEST FREAKING DRAGONITE EVER JESUS CHRIST.

Just beware that he's a late game sweeper- get him out when his counters have been weakened or offed altogether.

WOW i really suck at making teams lol well back with the breeding :(

Not yet. Until you know what makes a good team, there's no point in breeding a new one- you'll just make the same mistakes all over again. Stay here, so we can point out what's wrong with your team, and how to fix it.

EDIT: how does blissey know Seismic toss??

Emerald move tutor. If you raise her on Emerald version, you can have the Move Tutor at the Battle Frontier teach her Seismic Toss.

olay well i offaicly suck :P

No you don't. True Pokemon masters believe in themselves. >:(

We just need to go over what's wrong with your team, and how to fix it. Let's start with Lucario.

-Lucario's SAtk is 115- not bad, but not that great. His movepool of generally average-powered attacks does not help this. As such, he needs all the power he can get- a Choice Scarf will make him fast, but that's no good if he can't kill anything. Give him Choice Specs if you want him to wreck stuff.

However, for that position, it seemed like you wanted a Pokemon that could outspeed others and hit hard. There are plenty of Pokemon that can do that.

    Gengar @ Life Orb
    Timid
    252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hypnosis

    Gengar @ Choice Scarf
    Modest/ Timid
    252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [ICE]

    OR

    Weavile @ Choice Band
    Jolly
    252 Atk/ 216 Spe/ 40 HP
    - Night Slash
    - Ice Punch/ Ice Shard
    - Brick Break
    - Pursuit

Weavile @ Life Orb/ Focus Sash
    Jolly
    252 Atk/ 216 Spe/ 40 HP
    - Swords Dance
    - Night Slash
    - Ice Punch/ Ice Shard
    - Brick Break

You could also use Crobat. It's not so fragile (though don't expect it to be taking a beating) and it is possibly one of the best leads around. It's fast as hell too, outspeeding all leads besides Deoxys, an Ninjasks (speed ties with Jolteon and Aerodactyl)

    Crobat @ Leftovers/Wide Lense
    Timid
    160 HP, 132 SpA, 216 Spe
    Air Slash
    U-Turn
    Hypnosis
    Taunt

This set messes up things like Bronzong, walls, etc... It's also got a 4x resistance to fighting, meaning you can bring it into a fighting move once in a while. With these EV's, you can OHKO minimum HP Heracross, which can't do much to you bar the occasional Stone Edge.

This should go over Electivire and serve as a lead. Electivire sucks really badly, never use it.

As for Lucario, I dislike the usage of Special Luke. If you're going to use him, I'd use the SD Set. It murders thing:

Lucario @ Life Orb/Expert Belt (Life Orb preferably. You aren't aiming for SE hits)
    Adamant/Jolly (Adamant preferably)
    252 Att, 252 Spe, 6 HP
    Close Combat
    Swords Dance
    Crunch
    Extremespeed/Bullet Punch

Extremespeed is most preferable, but Bullet Punch lets you hits Ghosts like Gengar and Mismagius before they OHKO you or set up. Bullet Punch has 60 Base Power w/ STAB, while Extremespeed has 80.

use the SD Set. It murders things

Seconding. I have swept teams with him. A +2 Extremespeed is devastating, and can OHKO almost any sweeper hoping to revenge kill Luke. Naturally, CC and Crunch take care of anything hoping to wall him.

One thing of note on the Extremespeed/Bullet Punch issue is the fact that Steel hits half the types in the game for NVE. Use it at your own risk.

Even a +1 Extremespeed can KO things that usually outspeed Lucario. Bullet Punch is only used since some people really fear Gengar and Mismagius. This team doesn't really fear it.
