At a glance, all I can think to tell you is that Thunderbolt > Thunderpunch on Electivire, and, seriously, what good is Protect going to do on Yanmega?

Umm, Activate Speed Boost lol ?

I also prefer Timid Scarf gar as it outspeeds Deoxys and Gyarados after 2 dd's which i find more useful when revenging and you dont loose any vital OHKO's with Timid anyways.

Thunder Punch is better because my Evire is adamant, the atk EV is 252 and his base attack is 123 >_>.
Protect gives protection to get +1 speed boost to outspeed azelf.

Thunder Punch to Gyarados with maxed def and +def nature
    min 442 ave 481 max 520
    OHKO
Thunder Punch to Vappy with maxed def and +def nature
    min 259 avg 281 max 304
Vappy spdef is better than his def >_>

Save yourself the pain and suffering of E-vire and run

    Electrivire @ expertbelt/lifeorb
    naive
Ev: 252 spA, I forget speed and attack
    ~ cross chop
    ~ hp ice
    ~ flamethrower
    ~ thunderbolt
other wise your electrivire will fail miserably

    Intimidate?

Like... 95% of decent Electivires run Cross Chop and Thunderbolt, along with two other moves. Oh, and excuse me on the Vaporeon hiccup.

    Skarmory?

The only problem with your set is that it has Thunderpunch and an Adamant Nature, when it needs Lonely.

Thunderpunch to max def and def+ nature Gyarados stat modifier -1 atk
    min 386 avg 420 max 453
    OHKO in average

I'd rather use physical E-Vire because of his nature.

It's still Physical Electivire... just with Thunderbolt.
