So I was bored, and realized I'm not an extremely good competitive battler, so I thought, after I made this team, maybe I should come over here and post a RMT. Let's kick this off...

    Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
    Jolly
    Pressure
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    - Stealth Rock
    - Taunt
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
Comments: Aerodactyl is my lead Pokemon. He sets up taunt on the taunters/stealth rockers and then uses Stealth Rock. He then proceeds to do whatever damage possible to the opponent's lead with rock slide/earthquake. I tend to really like Aerodactyl because he's one of the faster leads with a 130 base speed, and with the EVs and nature outspeeds other leads, leaving him free to set up taunt and stealth rock.

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Timid
    Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/28 Atk/228 Def
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Pain Split
    - Thunderpunch
    - Earthquake
Comments: Boasting 252 HP EVs and massive defensive stats and a decent attack stat, Dusknoir is a pretty good tank to use, while also wearing away at the enemy with burn and crippling physical sweepers. Earthquake is to counter some Pokemon such as Heatran, and Thunderpunch for those that are immune to Earthquake/water types. I'm really thinking about redoing the EVs on this one(aside from the HP EVs) with the fact in mind that burn will help to cripple physical sweepers, so I may not need so many defense EVs and instead switch some of those(or all) over to Special Defense.

    Salamence @ Expert Belt
    Timid
    Intimidate
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    - Roost
    - Toxic
    - Dragon Claw
    - Fire Blast
Comments: This Salamence is made to hold out well against those who oppose it and and be able to cripple them with Toxic and hit them relatively well with Dragon Claw and Fire Blast at the same time. Anything you would like to improve on this would help. Just so know, I'm not exactly going for a strictly attacking Salamence here, but if you believe it would be better on my team after some other enemies have been crippled fairly well and are hampered down by statuses then let me know if you think I'd be better off running a Dragon Dance/other set. Item suggestions are welcome if it isn't Leftovers, since I already have two of my other Pokemon.

    Skarmory @ Shed Shell
    Timid
    Keen Eye
    EVs: 252 HP/64 Atk/176 Def/16 Spe
    - Roost
    - Brave Bird
    - Spikes
    - Whirlwind
Comments: This Skarmory is made to set up a couple layers of spikes or however many possible and then to cripple the team by forcing switches with whirldwind, causing entry hazard damage, and also to hit with Brave Bird if a better choice against an enemy. Roost is obviously so I can heal myself when I get down a bit too low. Shed Shell is for escape from the oh-so-feared counter of Skarmory, Magnezone. It's also to avoid the item clause since I already have Leftovers on two of my Pokemon.

    Rotom-H @ Leftovers
    Bold
    Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP/168 Def/88 Spe
    - Discharge
    - Shadow Ball
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Overheat
Comments: Rotom is also made to be defensive. You can probably already see this is more toward the side of a stall team, as I wanted it to be. Will-o-Wisp will help to cripple physical sweepers and deal damage. Once again EV suggestions are welcome on whether I should switch Def EVs to SpD EVs since burn helps cripple physical attackers. Discharge is picked for its higher chance of paralyzing than Thunderbolt at the cost of some damage. Suggestions on whether I should go for thunderbolt or not are also welcome.

    Dragonite @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    Inner Focus
    EVs: 248 HP/56 Atk/204 Spe
    - Dragon Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake
    - Roost
Comments: This set is made for a bit of a more bulky Dragonite that can withstand hits pretty decently and also heal using Roost. Dragon Dance is used to set up and then start hitting and healing from there on out. Suggestions are most definitely welcome. This is one of the Pokemon I feel more unsure about.

Overall team comments: This team is obviously made to be more toward the side of a stall team. Thus the Toxic on Salamence and the burn moves on other Pokemon. Dragonite is really the only Pokemon of mine that goes out there and can set up, and even he is sort of leaned toward withstanding hits a bit better than usual. Pokemon replacements are also welcome. I didn't pay a whole bunch of attention to weaknesses while making this team, so anything that you think can cover my team better and also perform a good part in my strategy would be welcome. Any slight alterations to my strategy that you would like to suggest to me would also be welcome. I'll be considering all of your comments.

Noir and Rotom aren't needed on the same team since they perform identical roles, and Rotom is better in almost every way.

If you're going to use bulky Mence, you need Leftovers > Expert Belt, though I'm not sure what it's doing for this team since you already have Skarm and Rotom, which takes care of most physical threats.

Anyway, this team is sloooooow, a ton of stuff naturally outspeeds you, everything from neutral base 100's and up. This means you're going to get swept ridiculously easy by so many things. I'd look at our threat list to make sure your team can handle what it's supposed to handle. You could start by replacing Noir with a faster sweeper since you desperately need one, of which there are many options. A revenge killer would also be nice to help with faster sweepers.
