    The way to use Kingdra is this.

    Kingdra @ Life Orb
    Modest [+Sp Atk, -Atk]
    Swift Swim.
    252 Sp Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
    -Rain Dance
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    -Dragon Pulse

    First turn, use a rain dance, which with swift swim, it doubles your speed.

    Then kill them. Though, ifyou are using the life orb, you may want to sacrifice some of the speed EVs to HP. But it is your choice.
