Also give a description here about what the pokemon is supposed to do for your team.

2)Number ratings are teh lolage.

I'm assuming you want a competitive rating. If you just want an in-game rating, then you should be able to wipe the floor with all the computers just using Flygon.

Okay, just a few things. One, this sort of thread belongs in the Strategies & Move Sets section of the forum. Two, before you post there, read the stickies available there to ensure your thread can be approved there (I wouldn't approve it in this state - I moderate that section as well).
