I can tell you a moveset when you tell me what evolution you want. Judging by this team, though, Espeon would be best.

It's bad. Don't double up on moves. Toxic sucks on anything not named Deoxys-LG. There are way too many repeated HM moves. You can delete them at the move deleter's house in whatever game you're playing. The only HM moves you should teach your pokemon for use in battles are Surf, Surf, Surf, and Surf. But don't teach it to that many pokemon. Surf is the only good HM move for battling. Fly is a neccessity for getting around, so you can keep that as the filler on Articuno.

I'm 100% sure it's ingame. He is listing stats, hasn't got any lv.100 pokemon on his team, etc.

Btw, if I'm right, then this is a GSC team. Which means that no Subpunch, CM, Sheer Cold, etc. is available. =/

I can't remember the standards from GSC though. Like A.Coz suggested, don't put 2 or more attacks of the same type on one pokemon and delete any unneeded HMs. And maybe level up your pokemons a bit more.
