The Poliwrath is the one probably most worthwhile to spend Stardust on. The rest are cool but don't factor into the current meta if you're concerned about IV's and wanting to battle gyms.

89% IV is good and Bubble is it's best quick attack. What is it's charge move? Can't see it in the picture.

I'd keep the carp for sure since it's IV is 87%. The highest IV I've caught for one lately (last 50 or so) was only 81% so I'd love to have that Magikcarp! Nothing to spectacular about the rest tho I wouldn't grind them until you need the space.

The Poliwrath is nice, but I'm sure within four or five more levels you'll have a better one making this one obsolete. Personally, I wouldn't consider spending a bit of stardust on any poke under 1600 cp. I used to power mine up, but then five or six levels later I noticed there weren't even in my top 10 so at level 19 I stopped spending stardust. Now at 25 I have nearly 300k in stardust and I'm continually evolving and hatching better pokes all the time. The 1900 Vaporeon I evolved yesterday is much better than my 1660 that I spent plenty of stardust on to get that high back at level 18/19. The point is if you can wait until level 25 or, better yet 30, before you start spending your stardust the stronger your pokes are going to be.

There's no right or wrong way to play the game though so if you enjoy powering up your pokes whenever you have the dust & candy go for it. If you want to be a gym crusher down the line though start saving your dust ;) :D...

Check your IVs on all your Pokemon, I only starting doing that recently and I found that my Slowbro I had spent loads of stardust on and is now quite high cp is only 53% IVs so I will easily get a better one. In the end it doesn't matter if you catch a CP Pokemon with 95%+ IVs it would be worth spending stardust on it, it may cost a lot of stardust but eventually you end up with plenty of stardust
